COVID-19 Distance Learning Program for Students
Schools are closed to the general public through April 24. Access limited to employees and scheduled appointments only.
Walla Walla Public Schools wants you to know that if your family is dealing with issues of homelessness and are in transition, your school-aged children may qualify for certain rights and protections under the federal McKinney-Vento Act. If your family is living in a car, shelter, motel, out on the streets or doubled up with other people due to loss of housing or economic hardship we are here to help. Students who qualify may receive services like school meals, school supplies, ability to stay in their school of origin, immediate enrollment even if you are lacking the necessary documents or requirements, transportation to and from school, as well as other services comparable to those provided to other students. If you believe your children may be eligible, contact Mindy or Jaclyn at Berney, or call the District Liaison, Pam Clayton, at 509.526.6781 to find out what services and supports may be available.
Enjoy your spring break! Remember to bring back your packets on April 13th. See you then!
Order Deadline is May 1st Click on the flyer above for order information. Yes, we are still creating the yearbook-we're making history!
Bulldogs, it's not too early to think about submitting an amazing photo of yourself in your Berney gear doing your homeschool thing. Show us what you do when you're not being awesome at school. POST your photos to the Berney PTA Facebook page no later than April 15th to make the yearbook deadline.
